चंडीगढ़ को स्मार्ट सिटी बनाने की प्लानिंग प्रशासन ने शुरू की हुई है, लेकिन कार्मल कॉन्वेंट स्कूल सेक्टर ने अपने पेरेंट्स और स्टूडेंट्स को स्मार्ट बना दिया है। स्कूल में पेरेंट्स के लिए तीन एप लॉन्च किए गए। इन तीन एप का नाम “Carmel Convent Parents App, Carmel Convent Cloud Communication, Carmel Convent Cloud Telephony Number” रखा गया है। करीब 1200 पेरेंट्स की मौजूदगी में डिप्टी कमिश्नर डॉ एसबी दीपक कुमार ने इसे लॉन्च किया। इस मौके पर एसडीएम प्रिंस धवन भी मौजूद रहे। इस एप को कॉन्जॉइनिक्स कंपनी ने डिजाइन किया है और कंपनी के रीप्रिजेंटेटिव्स ने पेरेंट्स को एप की खासियत बताने के साथ ही एप को फ्री (free) में डाउनलोड भी करवाया। एप की खासियत यह है कि इसे मोबाइल, लैपटॉप या कंप्यूटर पर डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है। पेरेंट्स चाहें तो एप को गूगल प्ले स्टोर से फ्री (free) में डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं!

Carmel Convent Parents App -

   

इस एप के तहत जीपीएस यानी ग्लोबल पोजिशनिंग सिस्टम के जरिए पेरेंट्स अपने बच्चे की स्कूल बस की पिक एंड ड्रॉप लोकेशन की जगह पर अलर्ट लगा सकते हैं। बस जैसे ही अलर्ट लोकेशन पर आएगी पेरेंट्स को उनकी जानकारी एसएमएस नोटिफिकेशन और ई-मेल के जरिए मिल जाएगी। अगर बस ट्रैफिक में फंस जाती है या खराब हो जाती है तो ड्राइवर एसओएस SOS बटन दबाएगा और उस समय बस में बैठे सभी स्टूडेंट्स के पेरेंट्स को एसएमएस से इंफॉर्मेशन चली जाएगी। खासबात है कि अगर बस में 40 स्टूडेंट्स थे और 10 उतर चुके हैं तो 30 पेरेंट्स को ही ऑटोमेटिकली यह जानकारी चली जाएगी।

Carmel Convent Cloud Communication -

यह एप वॉटसएप की तरह भी काम करता है। हर क्लास के हर सेक्शन के पेरेंट्स का एक ग्रुप बनाया गया है ताकि पेरेंट्स आपस में चैट कर सकते हैं। पेरेंट्स चाहें तो टीचर से या टीचर भी पेरेंट से चैट पर बात कर सकता है। फोटो और वीडियो शेयरिंग और प्रोफाइल पिक्चर सभी कुछ इसमें वॉट्सएप की तरह काम करेगा। इस एप में पेरेंट्स अपने मोबाइल नंबर से रजिस्ट्रेशन कर अपने बच्चे का प्रोफाइल बना सकते हैं। इस एप के जरिए स्कूल पेरेंट्स को उनके बच्चे की कोई भी जानकारी भेज सकता है जैसे कि पीटीएम, एग्जाम, प्रोग्राम या कोई भी सर्कुलर।

कॉन्जॉइनिक्स कंपनी के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर नीतिश महाजन ने बताया कि इस एप से संबंधित कॉल सेंटर की सुविधा भी दी जा रही है। पेरेंट्स चाहें तो 0172-6601195 पर कॉल कर सकते हैं। 24 घंटे और सातों दिन इस नंबर पर कॉल किया जा सकता है।

पेरेंट्स चाहें तो http://carmelconvent.bustracker.in/ पर जाकर भी बस को ट्रैक कर सकते हैं। एप को डाउनलोड करने के बाद इसे चलाने के लिए स्कूल से कूपन लेना पड़ता है। कूपन फ्री में मिलेगा लेकिन इसे लेने से पहले पेरेंट्स को बस का नंबर और बच्चे की जानकारी स्कूल को देनी पड़ेगी। पेरेंट्स कूपन के लिए ऑनलाइन भी अप्लाई कर सकते है। पूरी वेरीफिकेशन के बाद कूपन कोड पेरेंट के नंबर पर एसएमएस के जरिए मिलेगा।!
